UPDATE July 13, 2010: Curb and gutter has been installed. The water system is next. Not long now

UPDATE July 7, 2010: Site development crew has completed the sewer system and bmp. They are currently grading the roadway so curb and gutter can be installed.

UPDATE June 25, 2010: Site development crew has almost completed the sewer system installation and is starting to install the water system. The crew has also started digging and creating the storm water BMP which when complete will help reduce the storm water volume and will reduce runoff of silt and erosion that the city has to treat.

UPDATE May 21, 2010: Site development crew is boring under Big Bethel to install sewer pipes and tap into the city's system. Some grading has also taken place.
